Rights and Obligations of Participants

Participants undertake to use the provided course materials and travel information carefully. Passing on access data to third parties is not permitted.

Registration for a course or travel organization is binding. Cancellations are possible in accordance with the respective terms and conditions.

Each participant is personally responsible for complying with travel regulations and visa requirements. We assist in obtaining information but assume no liability for official decisions.

Changes and Termination

Termination of a course subscription or travel organization is possible at any time with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. Fees already paid will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

• Termination in writing by email to info@exploresochi.com.
• In case of violation of these terms, access may be blocked immediately.
• After termination, intellectual property rights remain unaffected.
